Dean Ayres is a senior at Edinboro University pursuing a BFA in Illustration, with minors in art history and creative writing.
Nadine Buckley is a Junior at Edinboro University with a major in Traditional Animation and a minor in Creative Writing. On the rare occasion she's not curled up in a blanket avoiding the cold, she enjoys riding her bike and gardening.
Julia Carden is a junior Journalism major, with minors in Professional Writing and Public Relations: Branding and Imaging. She is the Music Editor and Social Media Director for Edinboro University’s student newspaper, The Spectator. Following graduation, she hopes to pursue a career in writing.
Maleigha Caudill is a senior at Edinboro University. She is majoring in English, concentrating in writing. No minor as of now, but she plans on going back to school in the future to extend her knowledge in writing. Her goal is to one day be an author in the genre of romance. In her free time, you'll most likely catch her reading a romance book. Hopeless romantic this one.
Debra Fiscus is a junior at Edinboro University, working towards a double major in secondary education and English literature as well as a creative writing minor. She one day hopes to become an English teacher and published author. In her free time, she is a passionate equestrian, spending most of her time taking care of her own horse and miniature donkey, competing for Edinboro's equestrian team, and coaching lessons for beginner riders.
Mo Gaither, a Baltimore native, spends her free time feeding stray cats and pretending she won’t let them into her house one day. She also has a fondness for clowns. Gaither studies creative writing at Edinboro University and will be graduating in May 2022. In 2019, Mo was awarded a Scholastic Art and Writing medal for poetry. In the same year she self-published a collection of poetry, titled From Eden, with her senior class at George Washington Carver Center for Arts and Technology.
Cassandra "Cassie" Gripp is a rising senior at Edinboro University, double-concentrating in English Literature and English Writing. When she is not writing or working with the numerous clubs she is in, she enjoys going on mini-adventures with her friends, getting coffee, and taking care of her many houseplants. A long-time lover of Greek mythology, Cassie hopes to someday obtain a Master's degree in Classical Literature, publish a novel, and travel to Greece.
Jess Haenel is a senior at Edinboro University. She is a double major of English writing and Strategic Communications. Her goal is to be a crazy cat lady who lives in the woods inspiring fear into small children.
Avian Leschke is a Junior with a major in Creative Writing and a minor in psychology. One of Avian's interests is Dungeons & Dragons which he wants to use his degree to develop a book for the game. His goal is to be an author of a well known and renowned series.
Samantha Neiswonger who is now Samantha Perkins is a Sophomore with a major in English writing. Her interest include movies and photography with her cats, Laker & Legacy. Sam hopes to find a meaningful job working with the public using her degree.
Avi Rettmann is a Junior animation major and creative writing minor. His most trusted way of getting around is a skateboard. He also enjoys hanging out with the trees and watching cartoons with his dog.
Dustin Steiger is a Senior at Edinboro University, a Secondary Education major minoring in Creative Writing. He's the founder and president of Edinboro University's Creative Writing Club, an aspiring author, and a future high-school teacher. He also spends his free time writing music as the pop-punk artist, "Long Live the Young and Reckless."
Kiercesten Taylor is a senior transfer student majoring in English writing. She is a mother of two young boys, Karter and Eli, who inspire her to achieve her goals. Her hobbies include spending time with her kids, creative writing, and cooking. Her plans after graduation are to pursue a career in freelance writing, and eventually fulfill her dream of being a successful author.
Kathryn Warner (or Kat, for short) is a Junior with a major in animation and a minor in creative writing. Some of their interests include digital art, video games such as The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild and Persona 5, and listening to and analyzing music. They hope to find work as a screenwriter or storyboard artist after college.
